Do's and Dont's
Palm* Photo Prize is open internationally to all photographers. The selection process for the exhibition is based on a single image (not complete body of work) and has an emphasis on engaging work of the highest quality.
The organisers, curators and judges will review all submissions to ensure entries adhere to the guidelines and terms & conditions.
From all of the submissions, 100 entries will be selected by Palm* Studios and printed by our sponsor creativehub for the resulting Palm Photo Prize exhibition 14 – 17 May 2019.

The images selected for exhibition will be open for public viewing and available for sale (unless otherwise stated by entrant). During opening night 14 May 2019, the public will vote in the People’s Choice Award.
All images are printed 15″ (on longest side) and priced by the entrant. 100% of the profit is given back to the entrant, with only the print cost and VAT deducted.

The Judge’s Panel prizes, People’s Choice Award and People’s Choice Instagram Award will be announced online on the 30 May 2018.
RULES
- Online submission format: JPG
- Each entrant may submit one photographic file via the Palm Photo Prize 2019 online entry form: hub.theprintspace.co.uk
- A maximum of two images per entrant is permitted.
- File set up – 8bit RGB and sized to 15″ on longest side at 300dpi full bleed
Submissions open 15 March – 15 April 2019 | FREE to submit.
Entries received after midnight (GMT) 15 April 2019 will not be considered.
Palm reserves the right to select images for the exhibition and to not include entries at its discretion. In the event Palm does not shortlist an entry, it is not obliged to enter into a conversation with the entrant, the decision is final.
Entries must be of a photographic nature (i.e. no scans of paintings / drawings / graphic design). Palm endeavours to respect the preference selection of each entrant but reserves the right to use its discretion where necessary. All Prints will be destroyed at the exhibition close on the 17th of May 2018
Photographs and documentation of your entry may appear in Palm press and third-party documentation of Palm* Photo Prize. Palm is run by photographers and respects accreditation, authorship credit will be provided to all third party media, unfortunately Palm is unable to guarantee if they will be used. All work remains the sole copyright of the entrant.
