Palm* Photo Prize 2024
About Us
Palm* Photo Prize is a biennial submission based exhibition for a new generation of photographers. Its aim is to support, elevate and showcase the best of the new wave of image-makers. The prize continues to support photographers both emerging and established and to encourage conversations on human engagement, artistic development, community and their representation through the printed image.
We feature submissions from brilliant photographers from across the world with images in a multitude of styles and disciplines.
This years exhibition is in collaboration with Melkweg Expo.
Melkweg Expo is an exhibition space for contemporary photography and a platform for emerging artists, located in the heart of Amsterdam. With a focus on photography that explores identity, society and pop culture, the exhibition space is also known to occasionally place other forms of visual art alongside photography with conviction. Characterised by a distinctly playful and accessible approach, Melkweg Expo seeks to unveil high quality art – art that is innovative, engaging and inclusive.
