Palm* Photo Prize is open internationally to all photographers. The selection process for the exhibition is based on a single image (not complete body of work) and has an emphasis on engaging work of the highest quality.
The organisers, curators and judges will review all submissions to ensure entries adhere to the guidelines and terms & conditions.
The images selected for exhibition will be open for public viewing.
The Judge’s Panel prizes and People’s Choice Instagram Award will be announced in June 2024 (Dates TBC)

- A maximum of two images per entrant is permitted.
Submissions open 1st November – 30 November 2023 | FREE to submit.
Entries received after midnight (GMT) 30 November 2023 will not be considered.
Criteria for the Canvas Represents Mentorship Award:
- Not represented by a photography agency, currently or prior to the application.
- Commitment to attend three meetings with Canvas (virtually or in person TBC).
Palm* reserves the right to select images for the exhibition and to not include entries at its discretion. In the event Palm* does not shortlist an entry, it is not obliged to enter into a conversation with the entrant, the decision is final.
Entries must be of a photographic nature (i.e. no scans of paintings / drawings / graphic design). Palm* endeavours to respect the preference selection of each entrant but reserves the right to use its discretion where necessary. All Prints will be destroyed at the exhibition closes.
Photographs and documentation of your entry may appear in Palm* press and third-party documentation of Palm* Photo Prize. Palm* is run by photographers and respects accreditation, authorship credit will be provided to all third party media, unfortunately Palm* is unable to guarantee if they will be used.
